About Ashley

Ashley Glantz, MS, RDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist passionate about making nutrition simple, accessible, and sustainable. With a Master of Science in Nutritional Science and extensive experience in clinical nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, and community-based wellness, Ashley helps individuals improve their health through evidence-based, compassionate care.

Her expertise spans chronic disease management, outpatient care, and medically tailored meal programs, as well as behavior change coaching that empowers clients to build lasting habits. Ashley’s approach blends the science of nutrition with the art of listening, meeting clients where they are and guiding them toward achievable, meaningful goals.

She is also the co-founder of Wellness Roots Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to nutrition education and empowering communities to live healthier, more informed lives.

 

About Gary

Gary Sardina, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science and a strong background in acute clinical care. He has served as a clinical dietitian at Northridge Hospital and currently works at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, where he specializes in evidence-based medical nutrition therapy.

With years of hospital experience, Gary has seen firsthand how powerful nutrition can be for healing, prevention, and long-term wellness. In his private practice, he offers personalized, compassionate guidance to help clients build sustainable habits and improve their overall well-being.

He is also the co-founder of Wellness Roots Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing access to nutrition education and empowering communities to live healthier lives.

Outside of his professional work, Gary enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening, and spending quality time with his family, activities that keep him grounded and connected.
